Boeing 737-300

The first Boeing 737-300 was delivered 28 November 1984.

It seats 149 passengers and has a maximum range of 2.250 nm.

It's partly the same aircraft as the initial 737-200, but the engines have been changed.

Between 1984 and 1999 a total of 1.113 Boeing 737-300 have been produced.

With a total procuction of 1.113 aircraft, the Boeing 737-300 flies with airlines all over the world: United Airlines (64), Lufthansa (30), KLM, ....

Originally the Boeing 737 was the model used by low cost airlines like Southwest. Later also the Airbus A319, A320 and the Boeing 737-800 have been used by low cost airlines. Using one aircraft type allowes lower costs.
The original Boeing 737-300 had no winglets, but in 2009 some old B-737-300 have them retrofitted like  Ukraine International.
