This aircraft has the capacity to take around 385 passengers over distances up to 14.500 km.
It started being deliverd in 2004, almost 10 years after the first 777-200.

Arlines that used the 777-300ER include: KLM

Much better than the Airbus A340-600
The 777-300ER was selling very well the years after it's introduction
in 2004. The Airbus 340-600
(which was introduced in 2002) seems to
have had more cancellations than orders after the 777-300ER was
intoduced. Reason is partly the the fuel consumption. The 777-300ER
with the same passenger capacity and range, needs a lot les fuel than
the 4-engined Airbus.
