This was the Austrian Airlines fleet early 2009. Which makes a total of
97 aircraft, mostly smalll aircraft. In 2008
Austrian carried over 10 million passengers with these almost 100
aircraft. So, on average each airplane should transport 100.000
passengers a year, which is around 300 passengers per plane a day. The
bigger airplanes usually do longer flights so they can do less flights
a day but take more passengers, and for the smaller aircraft it's the
opposite.
