One of the original 5 Boeing 747-400 of Saudi Arabian has been converted into a freighter aircraft. It's now a Boeing B747-400BDSF and you can see it above.

You can clearly see the streched upper deck of the 747-400, which a 747-400F (build as a freighter) doesn't have.
