Air Transat had a fleet of 13 long range Airbus aircraft in 2004 (Airbus A330 and Airbus A310).
A Transat A330 had a fuel leak (because of placing a wrong part in an engine) and lost all it's fuel inflight over the North Atlantic while pilots tried to balance the fuel as they were thinking about a computer error and followed the checklist. The pilots were able to glide the airplane to the airport on the Azores Islands.
