In 2004 bmi operated a modern fleet of 41 aircraft on both scheduled and charter services. The fleet was made up of 3 Airbus A330s, 10 Airbus A321s, 11 Airbus A320s, 3 Airbus A319, 3 Fokkers and 11 Embraers. In the summer of 2005 they used a leased Boeing 757-200 (from Icelandair) on the route Manchester-Washington.
