Indian Airlines has hubs in Delhi - Mumbai - Cochin.

The airline operates mainly in India and neighbouring countries in 2004.


In 2007 state owned  domestic Indian Airlines merged with state owned international Air India.

In 2004 they used 41 Fly-by-wire Airbus A320s, 4 wide bodied Airbus A300s, 11 Boeing 737s, 2 Dornier D-228 aircrafts and 4 ATR-42.

In 2004 Indian Airlines is fully owned by the Government of India.
