As of February 2007 the SpiceJet fleet includes 11 Boeing 737-800 (plus 15 on order) and 5 Boeing 737-900ER on order.
Spice Jet is one of India's newest start-up private airlines. It began its services in May
2005. The aircraft are single class, the airline is low cost and wants to compete with the
Indian Railways.
