In 2003 low cost airline Ryanair used Charleroi airport (
CLR) for low cost lights to Brussels. It's called Brussels South airport.
The aipport was very small compared to the Zaventem (
BRU) airport.
Later the Charleroi airport expended and a new much larger terminal was build.
