KLM flies their Boeing 777 to Dubai in november and they do so 12 times a week in 2009.

So there is at least a daily departure in Amsterdam with KLM at 2:35 pm, arriving in Dubai (DXB) at midnight local time. And 5 days a week there is a second departure in Amsterdam at 8:50 pm, with arrival in Dubai at 6:10 am local time the next day.

Emirates seems to have no flights at all between Dubai and Amsterdam in 2009.

Garuda Indonesia started to fly between Jakarta and Amsterdam with a new Airbus A330-200 in June 2010, but had to make a fuel stop in Dubai. It seems they have rights to transport passengers on the leg between Amsterdam and Dubai. For 2011 Garuda planned to fly an Boeing 777-300ER, probably non-stop between Jakarta and Amsterdam. The 777-300ER has the legs for that. The A330-200 doensn't.
