| Athens international
airport was constructed to the 2004 Olympic
Games. It was brand new, and more outside the city
center. The airport is connected by metro to the city
center, but frequency is poor in 2010 and it's rather
complicated with the railway having different tickets,
but using the same station. Athens is a city with avery long
history. Today it's a very large city, but with poor and
unclean areas. The upper market areas of the city are
near the Parliament and Mount Lycabettus. To reach the
port from here, it would be a very long walk. See Athens
.... It's not the city of Athens but the Island
and the Sea that make Greece so beautifull.
