Galilei Galileo international airport
is the largest airport in Tuscany in 2009 and it's largest airline is the low cost Ryanair.
PSA is the IATA code and it refers to the nearby city of Pisa, but since the airport is lined by rail to the central railway station in Florence, it can also be considered the airport to get to Florence. But keep in mind that the city of Florence also has it's own airport, but that one isn't linked by rail to the city and also it's a lot smaller than the Galilei Galileo international airport in 2009.

Destinations: Brussels

Arrivals: Brussels

Bus: You can take a dedicated bus to Florence in 2009.

Railway: This airport has a railwaystation just in front of it. They are connecetd by a 40 meter covered walkway. So this is really convenient. It seems that in 2009 there is a train every 30 minutes to nearbuy Pisa railway station. This airport also has direct railservice to the city of Florence. But in 2009 there seem to be only 5 trains a day, so this isn't convenient.

Location: This airport is the airport of Nearby city of Pisa, which is loceted in Tuscany near the coast. The Tuscan city of Florence is some 70 km inland, and it takes a little over an hour to reach Florence by bus or train.

Terminal: The airport has 1 terminal in 2009. Total traffic reached almost 4 million in 2008. Traffic has been increasing during the last decade as in 1998 total traffic was around one million, half ow which was domestic traffic. Espacially the international traffic increased to over 3 million in 2008.
