There is one terminal in 2009. And in recent years it has been expanded. The terminal was build in the 1970s and expanded afterwards as it was only constructed to handle 2,5 million passengers a year while in 2007 over 4 million passengers used the terminal.

In 1958 a passenger terminal opened which is used bythe Kenya Air Force in 2009. The current passenger terminal is at the other side of a runway.
