 Unlike it's glorious past, Athens in 2011 is un unattractive city scoring high on every bad aspect: pollution, crime, poverty, illegality, corruption, ...




Syntagma Square. You can get here from the airport. Syntagma is the Greec world for Parliament. Next to the Parliamant building towards mount Lycabbetus is a rich neighboorhoud. On Parliament Square you will find some of the 5-star hotels in town. From here you can walk towards Ommonia Square, but there you would meet poor locals in 2010. Athens is the heart of Greece, a country without a stabe and prosperous economy, because of poor government.
