On top of Mount Lyccabettus, you have a great view over Athens, and there is an upper market bar and restaurant here. Below the Mountain towards Syntagma (Parliament) Square you can find an upper market neighbourhood of Athens. There is a rail service which take you up the mountain in a few minutes.
