Berlin is the capital and largest city of Germany. Untill 1989 there was an East Berlin and a West Berlin. In 2011 there is still a difference in mentality in both parts according to some East Berliners who still hate the people who ruled them before 1989, as accoding to them these persons and their mentality still rules. Probably it's a fading force.
