It's very easy to get to the Shiphol airport from Amsterdam Central station.

At least every hour there is a connexion in 2005 to: The Hage, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels. From Brussels there are plenty of high speed trains to Paris and some to London. There are also direct high speed train between Amsterdam and Paris.
